How To Order:

Simply chose the items that you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Then follow the steps to check out and pay.

Payment Terms:

• We notify the account number after we both signed the Invoice
• All sales are pre-paid ( Cash on Delivery )
• We accept PayPal
  
• We accept only International Postal Money Order (IPMO). We do not accept Bank Money Order.
• We accept foreign currencies: USD, EUR, and GBP.
• We accept the bank check for your small purchase order.
• We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), where the customer pays the banking charge for T/T
• All goods remain the property of Kimono Export until paid for in full by the customer.
• The contract will expire if the customer doesn't pay in full 2 weeks after signing the Invoice
• All goods will be dispatched with immediate effect once payment has been made.

Shipments:

• We ship worldwide
• We package moderate sized articles ourselves to insure professional packaging.
• We will determine the actual shipping cost when we receive your order
• Quoted shipping costs always include insurance
• Merchandise will be shipped via JAPAN POSTAL SERVICE and FEDEX, you can choose the most suitable service:
  
  • No Commercial Value:
    
  • EMS usually arrives within 7 days all over the world. You will be able to trace the parcel. For a list for the shipping charges please click here.
  • SAL service able to arrive about 3 or 4 weeks all over the world. This is the cheapest service. Example for prices: USA 1 kg=$ 10 USD. Look here for a Price List
    
  • Commercial Value Small Order:
    
  • Shipped by Post Office. An order is regarded "small value order" for orders under $ 1000 USD. The custom tax is included in shipping charge.
    
  • Commercial Value Pre-Clearance:
    
  • Shipped by Post Office. The customer has to go to the local Custom Office and apply for Pre-Clearance by himself before the parcel arrives.
  • Commercial Value FEDEX:
    
  • Shipped by FEDEX. The Shipper fill out prepared custom note and tax is included in shipping charge. Example for costs: USA 10 kg = $ 186 USD.
• All packaging and shipping costs are charged to the customer.
• Goods sold by Kimono Export that are damaged in transit while in the process of delivery to the customer will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Kimono Export.
• Goods damaged once in the possession of the customer, or after delivery to the customer will no longer be the responsibility of Kimono Export.

General Terms and Conditions

Returns and Refunds

Second hand, used Kimono will only be refundable if found to be different in size, style or colour from what the customer has ordered. By their very nature, puchasers must be aware that these goods may contain blemishes, damage or affects of handling and age and all items are sold as is, and these will not necessarily constitute grounds for replacement or refund.

Kimono Export will endeavour do describe and attribute all goods and services as is possible given the medium involved. Kimono Export however cannot be held responsible for the prospective the customer's misinterpretation of the descriptions given.

Should it be found that Kimono Export has unintentionally misdesribed any goods or services,then at Kimono Export discretion,a full replacement or monetary refund will be offered.

Trade Terms

The terms used in this contract shall be governed and interpreted by the provision of the latest incoterms.

Force Majeure

The seller shall not be responsible for failure to perform the obligations due to force maejeure such as fire, strikes, lockout, war, act of god, epidemics, or any other causes beyond the seller's reasonable control.

Privacy

We protect your privacy like we want others to protect ours:

• Any personal information you provide to us stays with us. It is not sold or given to anyone.
• Personal or payment information is not stored on our web server. The minute your enter it, it is encrypted and sent to another location for safekeeping.
• Our newsletter goes only to people who subscribe to it. Placing an order or sending us an e-mail will not automatically include your email address in our mailing list.

• We receive payment from you
• We ship goods to you
